How does Offsite Document Storage works?

Our client will have a list of contents which correlates to a box number. Should he require a specific document he can request that the particular box in which the document is stored be delivered to his office. Once he is done with the document he can return it to us and have it collected for storage again.

We will supply you with storage boxes and packaging to suit your needs. We can even do the packing for you if you wish. And clean-up the office afterwards leaving you to focus on what you do best.

The boxes will be marked and description of contents and the documents in the box will be indexed enabling you to keep track of each document.
We will collect the documents from your office and if you need any documents we will deliver them to you again. Document scanning and document destruction is also an option.
